I've tried to reproduce the problem in a devuan_jessie_1.0.0_amd64_desktop-live session with this installation procedure:

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys B4EFB9F38D8AEBF1

RepoFile=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/temporary-icecat.list

echo "deb http://es.archive.trisquel.info/trisquel belenos-updates main" | sudo tee $RepoFile

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install icecat

sudo rm $RepoFile

Had to disable LibreJS to allow opening jamendo.com/radios and sound works for any radio there.
