Here you go, pal. Section 7.b. You see where it says "computer information"?
They *do* have the *capability* to get absolutely any information from your
computer, like real-time screenshots, keystrokes, or webcam feed. I am not a
lawyer, I am more of a gambler, and I bet you'll have real good time in court
proving it was not "computer information"; that is, if you ever ever ever
dectect the leak.
