The source code for IceWeasel is available here:

The GNUzilla download site you tried is merely listed as a "test
release".

To actually build the IceWeasel source, you first download the official
Mozilla source from http://mozilla.org/source.html, and then copy the
IceWeasel source into that tree. Only certain files are modified, most
of the Mozilla code is unchanged.

i installed Debian Lenny some days ago and found that it has Iceweasel
2.0.0.3 :-). now, i checked GNUzilla home page and found that it has
only 1.5.0.7:
