Details:

1. Start Ink.app (/usr-apps/examples/gui/Ink)
2. Type some text.
3. Click on the "Edit" menu, then click on "Undo"
(the text you typed disappears as exceted)
4. Click on the "Edit" menu.

Expected: "Undo" is grayed out, "Redo" is not grayed out.
Actual: "Undo" is not grayed out, "Redo" is grayed out.

i.e., the menu should have been rebuilt/updated, but wasn't

Clicking somewhere in the text view causes the menu to be rebuilt and appear
as it should.
