Follow-up Comment #1:

We already are handling the autoenable attribute when loading an NSMenu from
a NIB file. What could be wrong is the default value we use when the value
NSNoAutoenable is not present. We use NO then, perhaps it should be YES? This
would be consistent with the value we use in initWithTitle:

I will submit a fix for this in a minute.
