Details:

It's cool and interesting that when you close all your windows it goes and
draws the Menu into the top left of the screen.  Unfortunately it doesn't seem
to track reliably or appear consistently. 

However I think that it shouldn't really do this under
NSWindows95InterfaceStyle, I think it would be cool for this to be entirely
it's own mode of operation (NSMacOSInterfaceStyle perhaps?). I think being
able to right click on the application icon or expecting the app to present a
window when none is present are workable alternatives.

Again, it's very cool that these options are out there -- I'm really hopeful
to take advantage of them in our apps.
