Details:

When linking with cygwin, enable-import needs to be specificed explictely.
Since we use gcc, we need to add :
-Wl,--enable-auto-import

to the gcc invocation at the linking stage or we get warnings.

Unfortunately removignt he warnings is not enough: when running I still get:

multix@moria /cygdrive/k/gnustep_dev/modules/core/base/Tools
$ make_strings.exe
objc runtime: cannot find class NSAutoreleasePool
Aborted (core dumped)

multix@moria /cygdrive/k/gnustep_dev/modules/core/base/Tools
$ plmerge.exe
objc runtime: cannot find class NSProcessInfo
Aborted (core dumped)

the classes mentioned here are exactly those about which the linker
complained at before the correct flag. But no clues for that.
