Details:

1) Run GWorkspace
2) Hide the Desktop
3) Quit the program...
4) Start it up...
EXPECTED: The desktop should not come back...
ACTUAL: It does come back in spite of the fact that it was deactivated.

This does not happen on the 32bit test machine I have so I assume it's a 64
bit issue.
