Details:

gnsutep-gui doesn't look for libpng in the correct location on OpenBSD

 Compiling file NSBitmapImageRep+JPEG.m ...
In file included from /usr/local/include/jpeglib.h:24,
                 from NSBitmapImageRep+JPEG.m:55:
/usr/local/include/jconfig.h:12: warning: `HAVE_STDLIB_H' redefined
config.h:74: warning: this is the location of the previous definition
 Compiling file NSBitmapImageRep+PNG.m ...
NSBitmapImageRep+PNG.m:35: png.h: No such file or directory
gmake[2]: *** [obj/NSBitmapImageRep+PNG.m.o] Error 1

the correct locaion if libpng got installed through the ports system is:

$ ls /usr/local/include/libpng/
png.h     pngconf.h
