Details:

Could be interesting to have a guide for building GDL2 on Windows, because I
can't get it working.

With the new svn updates, seems to build succesfully, but fails building
GDL2Palette (for the moment).

I don't now, if the error still being the undefined references.

I attached config.log and output.txt ($ make messages=yes > output.txt 2>&1 )
