Details:

When printing the clipping rect is too large and is causing the generated
postscript to produce only part of the page.

This appears to be due to a change in _lockFocusInContext:.  I made a change
which appears to correct it by taking the code for DPSrectclip out of
GSStreamContext.  This appears to fix the issue, but I don't think it's the
correct fix.

Riccardo and I looked into this and found that if we move back to r24663 in
the repository that printing works.

The test for this is simple, open Ink.app type a few things on the first and
hit preview.  You should get a blank page.  If you then type more down the
page's length and then print you will see in preview a partial page.
