Details:

1. Install some service (e.g. http://www.roard.com/latexservice/) and do
make_services
2. Start some app (e.g. Ink) and try out the service. Unless the service is
started manually, you'll get the error message like "cannot start provider
for <service>". 

It works fine when applications provide services (e.g. GNUMail). Strange
thing that noone reported this yet..

FreeBSD 6.1, gcc 3.4.4.
Happens with GNUstep SVN (base, gui, back) and gnustep-back-0.10.3,
gnustep-base-1.12.0_2, gnustep-gui-0.10.3. It worked before 0.10.3/1.12 iirc.
