Details:

Today I checked out GNUstep from CVS. I am trying to compile everything,
following the instructions at
<http://gnustep.org/resources/documentation/User/GNUstep/README.MinGW>.

The file NSProcessInfo.m in core/base/Sources fails to compile at line 293:
'fallbackInitialisation' is undefined.

Moving the static declaration of fallbackInitialisation to line 189 of the
same file solved this compilation error.
