Details:

After updating to latest CVS (24 Sept) I can't compile gnustep core anymore
(I have a working install of july). I reconfigure and install -make; -base
fails with:

gmake[2]: *** No rule to make target `Additions/static_obj/subproject.o',
needed by `static_obj/libgnustep-base_s.a'.  Stop.
