Summary:  Improvements and new features for win32 systems

Original Submission:  Well, there are a lot of changes for win32 systems, most 
of them can be easily understood taking a look to the changelog and the 
makefiles. Here I comment the most outstanding...

The most important thing is that the tool dllwrap isn´t used never more, this 
is beacuse it´s deprecated and generates problems with the reallocate tables on 
dlls. So, now is used gcc instead of dllwrap for create any dll.
Other important thing is that there are a new variable that allow when set that 
the .exe files in win32 systems export symbols as the dlls do. This is usefull 
for some aplication as gorm, that with this options and a very little changes 
in code and makefiles is fully compilable and functional on win32!!
Other thing to mention is that an option in the make command line has been 
incorporated that allow generate a .lib usable by MS Visual Studio, this is 
usefull for us, so I include it beacuse maybe is usefull for somebody else, and 
as it´s an command line option don´t bother to anyone.
