focus problems [PATCH]

Hi!
The attached patches solve most of the focus problems I have with 
GNUstep.
There are still some problems when apps are launched (I couldn't 
figure
out why the focus is not transfered to the main menu even when asked 
for).
There are also problems when creating new windows in Terminal, that 
the newly
created window, although having keyboard focus, seems to be thinking 
that
the the right-alt key is pressed. Closing and reopening the window 
makes
the it work ok. Maybe it is a problem in the app.
I only tested it with wmaker on linux, can someone else try it out, 
please?
