Caused by two bugs in [NSConnection -locateLocalTarget:]. Was pulling objects
of the wrong class from a map, and was holding a lock it shouldn't have been
holding when calling other methods.
Fixed in cvs. Ian has tested for me, and hasn't been able to reproduce it yet
(GNUMail has been running for significantly longer than the mean time between
failures).

Summary: Recursive lock exception when using DO
Original Submission: This can be reproduced by running gnumail, having it
automatically collect from both an IMAP account and from a pop account. I set
them both to autocheck mail every 1 minute, and within a short time I get the
lock exeption.
