I can't reproduce this with latest CVS both ProjectCenter and GNUstep. After 
closing project "Close" menu item turns into disabled for me.

Summary:  Segmentation fault in ProjectCenter when close project twice

Original Submission:  1. openapp ProjectCenter
2. Project->New. (Name and project type don't matter).
3. Once the main window shows up, Project->close.
4. Menu and main window will disappear.
5. Double-click the application icon again to show up the menu.
   (No main window this time).
6. Project->close will cause segmentation fault.
