It wasn't created automatically on my system. So I thought that adding
this line would prevent possible confusion. It doesn't hurt, anyway.

(I haven't logged the error message, but it was something like
"$GNUSTEP_SYSTEM_ROOT/Libraries/ix86/mingw32 couldn't be created, no
such file or directory"...)
