Browser: Mozilla/4.5 (compatible; OmniWeb/4.1-v382; Mac_PowerPC)

-[NSURL absoluteString] doesn't work right. With a base URL of

        file:/usr/local/bin

and a relative string of

        filename

absoluteString should return

        file:/usr/local/bin/filename

but instead returns

        file:/filename

Here's the fix:
