Well, i never used this feature before.. But i tested it on my
40gb iPod and it works.
I also tested it with my iPod mini and it works, IF the playlist
isn't a SmartPlaylist(!)
- Wich iPod are you using? Firmware version?
- Did you try it with a 'normal' (= Not SPL) playlist?
I think that's a bug of the iPod-mini software..
But i think know why it might work with iTunes:
GNUpod can't do liveupdates for SPL's.. this should be fixed before
1.0 is released..
Maybe i should write a bugreport to apple ;-)

Just plugin the iPod and open iTunes.. It will overwrite the iTunesDB
written by GNUpod
