[bug-GNUnet] not building libgnunetmodule_fs.dll :(

hi
after compiling of package of gnunet-0.7.0c (in msys/mingw)  dll is
nowhere  present libgnunetmodule_fs.dll (ni /bin not in /lib/gnunet),
attempt to recompile
it separately not succeeded also. is it simply absent ????
