Thanks, in hindsight the change isn't needed for Gnulib. However, the change also helps in another thing I'd like, which is to encourage the use of intprops.h in glibc internals and the like, and where I'd rather not have to also assume verify.h. So I think I'll leave in the change, just for intprops.
