We already have valgrind suppression files in gnulib, as part of the
respective modules:
  lib/libunistring.valgrind
  lib/malloca.valgrind
  lib/memchr.valgrind
  lib/memchr2.valgrind
  lib/rawmemchr.valgrind
  lib/strchrnul.valgrind
If you have been encountering valgrind errors due to gnulib code, please
show them here.

If, however, you mean suppressions for glibc, these are distributed
through the valgrind package, AFAIK.
