Subject: [PATCH] bootstrap: let warn be alike tests/init.sh's warn_

Reported by Jim Meyering.
* build-aux/bootstrap (warn): Remove, replaced by...
(warnf_, warn_): these.
Adjust callers.
Shorten messages that no longer fit in 80 columns.
