Right now, I'm fixing gnulib to avoid the crash (to silence Clang), but
I am not augmenting the testsuite to expose it nor the m4 files to flush
out the bug in existing glibc.

If Ulrich accepts the glibc bug, then I will take further actions in
gnulib to flush out older broken glibc.
