lib/fseeko.c fails to compile on QNX 6.4.1

Howdy,

lib/fseeko.c fails to compile on QNX
6.4.1 because _MWRITE isn't defined.  The attached patch manually
expands it, as is done in the other files that use this symbol (e.g., lib/fpurge.c).
