Hi! Thanks for your feedback. However, I looked at your patch, and as
far as I could tell, they were all work arounds for your environment.
Thus, I don't think there is anything in the patch worth installing in
gnulib. Others have already suggested how to fix your environment (use
gcc, or -Drestrict=, create a config.h, etc).
