But editors (at least good ones, including vi, emacs, and kate) can be
taught about new suffixes, and once taught, will treat .eh like .h.
However, you do have a point that out-of-the-box editing suffers until you
make the configuration change in your editor, until the editor itself is
upgraded to recognize the new extension out-of-the-box.
