[bug-gnulib] base64 self test fixes

From: Simon Josefsson
Subject: [bug-gnulib] base64 self test fixes
Date: Tue, 28 Dec 2004 03:38:21 +0100
User-agent: Gnus/5.110003 (No Gnus v0.3) Emacs/21.3.50 (gnu/linux)

I have installed the patch below.

Incidentally, this is what is used in my soon-to-be-released base64
command line tool: <http://josefsson.org/base64/>. I think that
project can serve as a small example of a gnulib-tool based project.
