    What's the license of Gnulib? 

Gnulib per se does not have a license any more than any other package
does.  Individual files have licenses.

Anyway, virtually all the files are GPL'd, as far as I know.  Maybe all.
We convert some LGPL'd originals to GPL.

If there is ever any real documentation, it will be GFDL (rms's project,
rms's rules), but for now it's not a concern.

I'll get rid of the "grouped by license" statement.
