OK, I've added the module. With some tweak to the m4 macro, since it's good
if stdint.m4 and inttypes.m4 were to define the same HAVE_INTTYPES_H macro with
different meanings.

We'll fix this over time. Few people are using old versions of HP-UX, AIX or
Solaris nowadays.
