[Bug-gnulib] jm_FUNC_GETGROUPS calling-convention change (merge from coreutils) |

I installed this merge from coreutils. It changes the calling
convention for jm_FUNC_GETGROUPS. I'll soon install a patch to
jm-macros that is required by (and depends on) this change.

and (if needed) to call AC_LIBOBJ and to set GETGROUPS_LIB.
