This is fixed in the current cvs sources.
Could you confirm whether what is in
http://files.gnubg.org/media/windows/gnubg-1.06.001-i686.zip fixes the
problem for you or not ? You can extract it anywhere, without replacing
your current version.
Note that this is a test version built for maximum compatibility (no SSE
or AVX instructions usage) and will be 2 or 3 times slower that the
regular installation.
