This behaviour is changed around April 1st. When I'm not mistaken by
Christian Anton to avoid other problems. You can't choose 'same as
...' since then.

I can't reproduce this. After 'Hint' the 4 first moves are 2-ply.
Perhaps your settings prevent a 2-ply evaluation in this position? The
2nd move is close to a 0.200 error. Just my guess.
