No, that shouldn't make any difference. The problem is that fscanf
tries to read in the current locale. The best solution is to change
the NeuralNetLoad function, the easiest is to provide the innocent
with gnubg.wd along with the zip file.
Two, minor comments. One, build instructions for adding python support
would be nice. Two a more permanent link to the build instructions in
the sidebar and/or with the download instructions would be nice.
