[Bug-gnubg] Computer Olympiad

Hi all,

I am willing to take GNUBG to the Computer Olympiad as I live in Amsterdam
and can be available on two days that Frank and I could agree on (15th, 16th
June).

Does anyone have any objections to this?

As this is the first time I will do this I would also be grateful for any
advice on how best to configure GNUBG, and which version to use, for this
challenge.

The current version I use is Version 0.14-mingw (build Sep 20 2006)

I do have a very fast PC so that part should be ok.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
Adrian

Subject: [Bug-gnubg] Anyone willing to compete at the next Computer Olympiad
?

Hi all,

the ICGG organizes the next Computer Olympiad in Amsterdam between
the 2007-06-11 to 2007-06-18,
see here http://amsterdam2007.icga.org/ for details.

Anyone willing to operate GnuBG to compete against BGBlitz? I already
asked Max and Achim without success :(

I think it would be a pity if Backgammon wouldn't be represented
there due to a lack of participients.
Not that two participients is that impressive, but still better than
none. The opportunity seems good, next year it will be in Beijing and
that to much for my budget....

ciao
Frank
