Hi, David!

I believe your comments are correcet, and if I remeber correctly the
movefilters was implemented in that way (the described by the comments) at
first. Then there was a discussion on the mailing list about whenever it
could accept 0. I think the end of the discussion was that the code
changed. (This must have been more that a year ago). Maybe the code changed
and the comments in the code didn't change. Can that be what happend?
