[Bug-gnubg] Multi monitor versus GTK

Hi!

I have tried gnubg on W2k with a multi-monitor setup, and was quite amazed 
by the behavior (dropdown menu displayed always on the first monitor, 
although gnubg is on the second one, etc.). I know it is probably an issue 
of GTK, not gnubg itself, but isn't there some more recent version of GTK 
that solves it? Which version of GTK is the Win32 build linked against?
