OKay, what we overlooked was that CommandSetGUIShowPipCount is among a
class of GUI functions that appear as commands in the non-gui build but
are disabled at run time.
In set.c there are 2 versions of CommandSetGUIShowPipCount. One for
NO_GUI builds and one with. CommandSetGUIShowEPCs should eb the same way
I guess.
An Appropriate fix would probably be like the one attached.
