Put a line like this in the file .gnubgrc - *not* .gnubgautorc:

set analysis threshold doubtful .00000001
==============
Now if your move differs from gnubg's by more than .00000001, it will
be marked doubtful. You can't set the threshold for doubtful moves
below .010 using the graphical interface, but this trick will work.
