[Bug-gnubg] User defined rollout settings

It's great to have so many options to do rollouts but I think GNU bg would
benefit if it had the option for the user to define some rollout settings which could be then be easily selected from a list rather than changing all the settings.
I guess analysis could benefit from this too.
I know it's possible from the command line but it would be nice from the GUI.
