[Bug-gnubg] Losing rollout results

I am in the process of adding rollouts to a file, but it keeps erasing
one of the rollout results, a cube decision. Here's the problem: I ran
the rollout and saved it. Whenever I add new rollout results and then
run the Analyze Match to update the statistics and Game Record, it
overwrites the rollout of the cub decision and adds the 2-ply decision.
It does this whether I am using the same MET as originally or a
different one.
