Drupal is able to organize such things. I like the idea of a small
"news/new features" page that may be edited by every developer via web
interface. Should not be that big, just news like "Added access to Hugh
Sconyers databases".
I have to admit that I sometimes lost track on the new features, when I
didn't read the mailing list at least twice a week.
