[Bug-gnubg] changes to match statistics

Hi all,

I've made a few changes to the outout of match statistics (I hope I'm
not going to be skinned alive...):

(a) output of ppg advantage (money play only):

Advantage (actual) in ppg        -0.017                   0.017
95% confidence interval (ppg)     0.309                   0.309
Advantage (luck adj.) in ppg     -0.061                   0.061
95% confidence interval (ppg)     0.049                   0.049

(b) removal of abs. guesstimated fibs rating.

There has been too much confusion over this one. I don't think it's
possible to provide an unbiased abs. fibs rating (unless the opponent
has a known fibs rating).

(c) introduction of relative fibs rating based on the luck adjusted
advantage (match play only)
