Since multi-processing is not directly related to backgammon, it should not be 
too prominent, IMO. Those of us who want it will find it!

I think the logical place is the Settings menu. Either a Tab on the Options 
dialogue, or just after Options & Paths on the drop-down. 

I favour putting it on a tab in Options. It is out of the way there and less 
likely to intimidate the new user. If it's too obvious people might play with 
it when they don't need to. Remember the number of posts when people mis-used 
the Training options! Since they have been "hidden" in Settings...Options, 
there have been none.

IMO "Multiprocessing" is a more meaningful name for a menu item than 
"Processing Units"; it instantly conveys what the item is about. If you are 
putting it on a tab, I'd settle for "CPUs" or "Multi" to keep it short enough.
