[Bug-gnubg] Rating and grading

Two comments regarding the rating and grading:

- GNU's attributed rating is supposedly based on the FIBS rating system
and is designed to give a rating that approximates what a user might get
at FIBS. However, it's self-attributed rating seems to be what
everything else is relative to and is at 2200. GNU does not have a 2200
rating at FIBS, not even by a margin. I think that lowering this to
2050, representing it's average, would make much more sense. As a
consequence, all its relative ratings should be lowered accordingly.

- What exactly is a close cube decision for GNU? Cube grading seems
overly tough overall. I have played a 6-game (250-300 ply) match in
which it told me I had played the cube like a Beginner. Perfectly
possible, except that it based this on a single missed cube error of
-0.100 or so. That seemed pretty extreme to call me a beginner. Perhaps
it shouldn't consider all moves, but I think it's filter is too harsh at
the moment.
