All packages are here:
http://www.gnubg.org/win32/packages.zip (6.4 MB)

- directory structure of libiconv-1.9-w32.2.bin.woe32.zip is adapted (all
files one level up).
- zlib-1.dll is renamed to read zlib.dll.
