[Bug-gnubg] move number -1 in export position

When exporting to gammonline (I did all kinds of 'export position
gammonline'), the Move number is ' -1 ' when doing it whilst playing.
That is: before cube decision, before move and after move of User.
And when interrupting GNU, before and after move of GNU.

The move number is displayed correctly when going back in the game, but
always ' -1 ' when exporting the last cube/position, or right after setting
up a position.

I think it is better just leaving out the 'Move number: -1' and start with:
'blue/white to play'?


Same 'Move number -1:' in other export position's too. (txt and html).
