Once you have swapped players and do Set Turn, it sets the turn for the wrong
player. The names on the set players menu don't get swapped, so the top item
always does player 0.
If you Swap Players once the dice have been rolled, the displayed dice don't
get swapped. The correct player still moves the chequers though.
